Tok-Sen – Introductory Workshop


We invite you to discover Tok Sen, a traditional practice from Taoist medicine that originates in the mountains of Thailand.

Tok Sen is a medicine of sound and vibration. Using handcrafted wooden tools, gentle rhythmic tapping is applied along the body’s meridians. Through the physical body, this vibration influences the energetic field, helping transform tension stored in the organs into feelings of calm, softness, and inner harmony.

This technique resonates especially well with people who feel connected to heart-centered healing practices.

About Marie

Marie trained with the Taoist master Mantak Chia at the Tao Garden in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She now offers therapeutic bodywork sessions in her practice in the Sainte Croix district of Bordeaux.

Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage
